What do you like best about being a Georgia Academy member? The network of RDNs that we have in our organization. If I need expertise on a project, or if I need to refer someone who is looking for a nutrition professional, I personally know RDs in the state that are experts in every specialty in nutrition.

What keeps you motivated? (may add a quote, experience, goal, etc.) New challenges keep me motivated. If I find a project too easy, it is hard for me to stay engaged.

What is your favorite food? Tie between Mexican and Asian (Thai and Indian, esp)

Do you have a “splurge” food? Gummy bears!

What are your hobbies? Hosting dinner parties for friends, exploring some random topic for a few hours on the internet, dancing with my kids

Profession you would choose if not dietetics: Seamstress

Top of your bucket list:  A food tour abroad, with my family
